2. Bookings & Cancellations

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. Please provide accurate information when scheduling.
• A card on file is required to reserve any appointment.
• We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may be charged 50% of the scheduled service; same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100%.
• Listed prices are starting prices only and may vary based on hair length, density, color history, and service complexity. Your stylist will confirm pricing at your consultation.

3. Payments

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved payment methods.
• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds & Returns

All salon services are non-refundable once rendered. However, your satisfaction matters — if you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to make it right.

Retail product returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original condition, with a receipt.

5. Gift Cards & Promotions

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
• Ciao Bella reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
