Stylists aren't the only ones who make Ciao Bella run. Our salon receptionists are the first face guests see — and the calm center of a busy Saturday. No cosmetology license required; warmth, organization, and a good phone manner are.

Ciao Bella is a commission-based salon, not a booth-rental environment. You work behind the chair on a structured team with steady support, education, and mentorship — no chair fees, no running your own business alone.
Do you hire newly licensed stylists?
Yes. We run a 6-week apprentice program for newly licensed Florida stylists building their clientele. You learn Goldwell color placement, cutting, and retail behind the chair with hands-on mentorship before working independently.
