Our expert team of stylists provide custom looks for each guest of Ciao Bella Salon. The haircuts and haircolor we provide at Ciao Bella Salon are dynamic, exciting and ever evolving. We love and enjoy what we do.

Service Pricing

We offer you 5 different levels of service providers at Ciao Bella Salon. The level is determined by education, experience and advanced skill. Our service pricing will reflect the completely personalized work we create for you. Prices will vary and are subject to change. We encourage you to discuss your desires and the price. Whatever level you choose, you'll enjoy excellent service with Ciao Bella Salon.

Appointments

Our stylists are always in demand. We recommend that appointments are scheduled at least two weeks in advance to get the time that is best for you. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you are running late for an appointment you may be asked to reschedule. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please notify us in advance of your scheduled time to make any changes.

* Deposits

At the time of booking, we will require a 50% deposit, due to the longer appointment time needed for these highly specialized services. We do require that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation. We can't refund your deposit with less than 24-hours reschedule or cancellation.

We Work As a Team

We strive to please you at Ciao Bella Salon. We work as a team. If you feel upon returning for your next visit you would like to see another staff member, please feel comfortable in doing so. We suggest that our guests feel comfortable with any team member so that in cases where your regular stylist is not available you have a back up that knows your special formula and technique.

Children

Children are allowed for scheduled salon services only.

Consultations

Consultations are complimentary and are provided for all first-time guests. Complimentary consultations are available to anyone. The consultation enables you to meet your stylist and to discuss your specific desires as well as to determine the cost and time needed for your appointment.

Parking

We suggest parking in the Sun Center East parking lot located at 101 SE 2nd Place. This parking lot is free and unlimited for our business customers. There are two entrances to this parking lot, one off SE 4th Ave and one off SE 2nd Place.

If the Sun Center East lot is full, the downtown parking garage at 220 SE 2nd Ave will provide parking free with a ticket validation. Present your ticket to a Ciao Bella Salon team member for a stamp validation. Upon exiting the garage, hand the ticket to the attendant and they will let you out at no charge.

There are several pay lots available in downtown. If you choose to park in one of these spaces, please make sure you pay at the Honor Box immediately for the space you parked in so that your car is not towed.
